Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct was last updated on 2024/11/25.

Providing a fair and secure gameplay environment is our top priority. We do not tolerate cheating or abusive behavior. We expect our players to play fairly and by the rules of the game at all times.

We review each conduct violation on an individual basis and suspend the player’s access to the game at any time if the player is not abiding by the Code of Conduct.

IMPORTANT

Violating the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use will result in a punishment in the game.

All forms of harassment and inappropriate behavior may not be listed below; this does not mean that there will not be consequences for such behavior.

This policy is not language-restrictive. A language that falls under this policy will always be subject to the repercussions listed, whether it is inappropriate in English or any other language.

IF A PLAYER PARTICIPATES IN ANY OF THE ACTIONS BELOW, THEY WILL EITHER:

  • Be given a warning.
  • Be temporarily banned from the game.
  • Be permanently banned from the game.

Please read the list of offense categories below;

Inappropriate language

This category includes both clear and hinted messages in in-game chat, private messages, and player names which either:

  • Are racial, ethnic, religious, sexual orientation or national related slurs or promote hatred.
  • Negatively portray religions or religious figures.
  • Refer to human anatomy or bodily functions.
  • Are pornographic.
  • Are otherwise considered objectionable.

This also applies to links to websites or other media containing such language or images.

Account trading, selling, sharing, and multiple accounts

This category includes both advertising Critical Ops account, skins for sale or trade, or advertising that player is looking for an account or skins to purchase through:

  • Any social media platform and community channels.
  • Advertising account trading and offering a way to contact in-game.

This also applies to account sharing and links to websites or other media containing such language or images.

Critical Ops supports only one Account per game on a supported device, as stated in our Terms of Use.

In-app purchase fraud

This category includes:

  • Selling Critical Ops credits.
  • Buying credits from unofficial platforms or outside your country of origin.

Marketplace abuse

This category includes the Community Marketplace Terms of Use.

Spamming, trolling or advertising

This category includes:

  • Excessively communicating the same phrase or spamming.
  • Disturbing or insulting other players.
  • Advertising non-Critical Ops related businesses, organizations or websites.

Cheats & third-party softwares

This category includes using or posting links to:

  • Cheats, modified or unofficial versions of the game.
  • Emulators to play the game on PC or other virtualization software to run the game.
  • Third-party software which interferes with Critical Ops processes.

Leaking confidential information or impersonating a Critical Force employee

This category includes:

  • Leaking confidential information obtained in selected testing, BETA or preview programs.
  • Impersonating a Critical Force employee to gain an advantage or distribute false information.

Harassment beyond the game world and real-life threats

This category includes both clear and masked language and/or links to websites containing such language or images which refer to:

  • Violence that is not directly related to the game world.
  • Real-life information about other players or Critical Force employees.
  • Harassment of players outside of the game.

Unsportsmanlike in-game conduct

This category includes:

  • Revealing the location of teammates to the opposing team.
  • Not participating in gameplay.
  • Purposefully engaging in actions that are harmful to your team. This includes purposefully performing activities that may cause your team to lose the round.
  • Exploiting matchmaking or match-fixing.
