Nights of Horror is upon us and the fan-favorite game mode is back for a limited time with a spooky twist!

GAME MODE: MANHUNT Z

Following the capture of the “Deer-head” hunter, Coalition operatives were sent to the water treatment plant to make sure nothing dangerous was left behind. Unfortunately, a gas leak from one of the valves erupted during the mission, and an order to evacuate was called from mission control. We are sad to announce that one operative did not report back, and due to the lack of proper equipment and the unsafe state of the facility, we were unable to contact or locate them.

Sometime later, our agents from the control center found this in the CCTV footage.

After analyzing the available footage, it was confirmed that the entity is the lost operative. Despite suffering several body injuries, the operative is still agile and is able to move. While they seem to have forgotten how to handle weapons, they are no less deadly: our agents were able to confirm that the undead has inhuman power.

The theory is the air in the water treatment plant, following the gas leak, contains previously unknown element compounds that awake instincts in deceased humans. The operative’s body has to be brought for inspection and medical analysis.

We have received the facility plan from the previous owner.

Our agents have marked certain spots on the plan - weapon stashes. We have not been able to identify the owner of the stash or the source of weapons, but in such extreme circumstances, we have allowed our operatives to use whatever they may find. The stashes are located near blue light lamps.

A Coalition squad was sent to the facility, but we have not heard from them since. Whatever happens, we hope they can last until reinforcements arrive. If it comes to the worst, we cannot risk losing more operatives.

GAME MODE DETAILS

  • Game duration - 4 minutes.
  • 1 Zombie vs 7 Coalition operatives.
  • Zombies:
    • Increased movement speed.
    • 400 HP, regenerate 5 HP every second.
    • Can only use hands.
    • Have yellow glowing eyes.
    • Win by turning all Coalition into Zombies.
  • Coalition:
    • Start with a knife and P250.
    • 100 HP, regenerate 2 HP every second.
    • Can obtain Pistols, SMGs, and Shotguns in dedicated buy zones marked with blue lights.
    • Respawn as Zombies upon being killed.
    • Win if at least one Coalition is alive at the end of the game.

Manhunt Z will be available in update 1.47.0 from 22.10.2024 to 10.11.2024.
