Goodbye Operative!

All new Operative accounts will be named into OPS-XXXXXXXX format. This change is due to the fact that current format has too many characters than the game was planned to support. In order to avoid issues and breaking the UI we have come to this decision.

The change will not affect existing Operative accounts.
