COMMUNITY MARKETPLACE ANNOUNCEMENT
Introducing Critical Ops Community Marketplace!
COMMUNITY MARKETPLACE
Critical Ops Community Marketplace is an in-game marketplace, in which you can buy and sell Critical Ops items with other players. In the Community Marketplace you can create and find listings for weapon skins, utility skins, agents, animations, and emblems.
HOW IT WORKS
You will have to read and accept the terms before you are able to use the Community Marketplace. The terms will be shown in-game when you first enter the Community Marketplace, but can also be found here.
You can create or fulfill two types of listings on the Community Marketplace, after accepting the terms:
- Buy requests: players requesting to buy items, offering a certain amount of credits in return.
- Sell offers: players offering their items, requesting a certain amount of credits in return.
If you decide to create your own listing, you will be met with the listing creation screen. On the listing creation screen, you will be able to modify your listing and specify the item for the listing, the amount of said item, and the credits amount. Be aware of the commission, which is only visible to the player who creates the listing; the player fulfilling the listing will receive or pay the credits price listed on the Community Marketplace and will not see the commission.
The items put into a sell offer or the amount of credits specified for a buy request will be pre-booked from your account, once the listing has been created. You will not be able to use the items or the amount of credits that were pre-booked. You can cancel your listing at any time and receive the items or credits back, depending on the listing type.
All listings that are created on the Community Marketplace are public and visible to all players. You cannot create a listing that is only visible for selected players, anyone can fulfill your listing at any time.
All transactions that take place on the Community Marketplace are manual. There is no auto-execution of matching buy requests and sell offers. The transaction will not be made automatically if your sell offer happens to exactly match a buy request.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
The Community Marketplace transactions are not reversible. The transaction cannot be refunded if a listing was fulfilled.
Banned players (either temporary or permanent) cannot access the Community Marketplace. Banned players will have all their active listings removed and their pre-booked items and credits returned.
You can find more information about the Community Marketplace on the FAQ page.
