Community Marketplace Terms of Use
The terms were last updated on 2024/11/18.
In order to use Critical Ops Community Marketplace you must agree to follow these rules:
- Marketplace transactions are final and not reversible. Once you sell your item, you cannot get it back. If you bought an item from the Marketplace, this transaction cannot be refunded.
- Banned accounts (temporary and permanent) cannot access the Marketplace. When an account is banned, all buy requests and sell offers from that account are canceled.
- You are not allowed to use bots or any other means of automation to perform transactions on the Marketplace.
- You are not allowed to buy or sell items through external platforms. All transactions must be performed within the Marketplace. Buying and selling using real money is prohibited.
- Selling accounts is not allowed by Critical Ops Terms of Use and will result in a permanent ban.
- Abuse of In-App purchases or refund systems will result in a permanent ban.
- Developers can halt Marketplace for everyone at any time. In that case, all buy and sell requests from all players will be temporarily frozen.
- Developers can cancel your buy requests and sell offers at any time. When listings are canceled, your items and credits are returned.
- Developers can define which items can or cannot be bought and sold through the Marketplace. The list of allowed items can change over time.
- Developers reserve the right to make adjustments and/or corrections relating to bugs and/or exploits.
- Developers reserve the right to update the Community Marketplace Terms of Use.
- You are not allowed to sell credits. You are also not allowed to buy credits from unofficial platforms or outside your country of origin.
